Modified PlayerConnectionReport to handle VanityDTOs. Modified PlayerMapper to be able to get Vanity items by player ID and to make the connection to the TDG, as well as associated fixes to make rest of system work with changes. Made method in TDG public. Added missing method to TDG interface.
