## Modes of Communication
GroupMe will be the primary mode of communication when face-to-face meetings are not feasible. GroupMe has a number of features that are useful for organizing meetings as well as general communication:
1.**Polls**
Polls can be issued to schedule meetings. For example, if there is a choice between two days to schedule a Zombicide session, a poll can be created to discover availability or preference of meeting times or places.
2.**Calendar**
When a meeting time is agreed upon, an event can be created on the calendar in the GroupMe. The name, date, time, and location of the event can all be set here, and all members of the group can respond with their intent to attend. If any group member has not responded or is unavailable at the given time, the time can be changed to ensure that every member can attend.
