+What went well
+- youtrack was up-to-date for the most part
+- good communication in discord
+- understand the system better
+- persisted when the existing code was stupid
+- no conflicts with merges
+
+What went poorly
+- pipeline was red all the time
+- our task estimates were not good
+- had to add tasks in the middle of the iteration
+- we had trouble with the config.txt file as a result of gradle-izing the project
+
+What will we do differently this time:
+- More in depth with the details of tasks
+- Keep the pipeline green
+    - a red pipeline stops that team until its fixed, that team has to notify in discord, and everyone else should stop pushing until its fixed
