Teleportation position bug

• Sometimes when you teleport, your x,y position isn't updated correctly and you can end up in a wall.
• Teleport outside the map area or not being teleported at all.
• Being kicked out of the game right after logging in(Wellington thinks that, when one person teleports out of a server, sometimes the server disconnects someone else.
