coming into the second meeting, we were all more confident about the second round. We still weren’t 100% on the rules but the complexity leaves that up for the players to clarify the rules themselves. We were all now giving our own non-influenced input but still listened to others' input in order to achieve the goal at hand which was to end the game without any casualties. The three articles in the book discussed the communication styles that each team member used. We were all either assertive or submissive. While aggressive, assertive, passive-aggressive is better than submissive, it's appropriate that one or two members have this trait because it allows for fair communication between all the members. Based on fishers model, we followed the 3 steps. We all didn’t know each other so there was a slight sense of nervousness and uncomfortability. We had our had disagreements trying to find a solution because at times the submissive ones would be aggressive but we always came to a resolution. We analyzed our solutions in the end and chose the best one for the team.
