For Round 2 of the game, there wasn't too much feedback as everything was pretty straight forward so far. We were still getting through the introductory stages of the game. There were a few times where either myself or Austin gave feedback to one of the other three team members, but feedback was always given and accepted well. I think the feedback made everyone understand the game's mechanics well.
Austin's role was to give positive feedback twice, which I think he did well. He was often giving feedback to Lauren while trying to teach her the game. He also helped Eric figure out why his game was crashing. He was not detected, and it did not cause friction. I would like him to continue this because he helped with moving the game along.
Harley's role was to go back and forth on decisions. I didn't really notice her doing that but I think it kind of got hidden in everyone's confusion of playing the game. She was not detected and it did not cause friction. I don't think I'd want her to continue this.
Eric's role was to give evaluative feedback 3 times during the game. I think he did well because he was being nice to everyone the whole time and keeping everyone focused. He was not detected, and it did not cause friction. I would like him to continue this.
Lauren's role was to give coaching feedback related to how someone is communicating in the game at least 3 times. I think she did this well because when she didn't understand something she would tell us that our ways of communicating were not doing the job. We were able to try to use different ways to communicate what we were trying to say. It could be frustrating at some times because it seemed like she wasn't understanding what we were saying. She was not detected and it did not cause friction. I would like her to continue this because it made us try to accommodate different learning styles.
My role was to not change my mind 3 times before changing it, which was a hard role to play. I was uncomfortable because that isn't what I'm usually like. I learned to be more open to others opinions, which I think I usually do.
